Imagine you’re all set for prom with your dress and your date, only to have your date cancel at the last minute. That’s what happened to Audeva Agyeman. Instead of letting it ruin her night, she came up with a creative solution.

With no time to find a new date, Audeva made a life-size cutout of actor Michael B. Jordan and brought it to prom. She took plenty of photos and videos with her cardboard date and shared them on social media, tagging Michael B. Jordan in hopes he would see them.

Her photos quickly went viral, and Michael B. Jordan did notice! He responded with a compliment, saying, “This is called commitment.”

But the story didn’t end there. Audeva was thrilled when she was invited to visit the set of “Creed 2,” the movie Jordan was filming. Little did she know, Jordan had a special surprise planned. While she thought she was just there for an interview, Jordan walked in behind her. When she turned around and saw him, she couldn’t believe her eyes.

After getting over the initial shock, Audeva had a chance to chat briefly with Jordan. She admitted she was so starstruck that she could barely remember their conversation.

It’s safe to say that Audeva isn’t too upset about her prom date bailing on her. In fact, her prom night turned out to be unforgettable, thanks to a little help from her celebrity crush!
