In a heartwarming act of kindness that has captured the attention of millions, Army Ranger Lieutenant Colonel Robert Rizden, a patron of Taco Bell, stepped up to make a difference when he encountered two young boys trying to sell homemade desserts at the restaurant.
The boys, aged 9 and 13, were on a mission to raise extra funds for their local church. However, as Lt. Col. Rizden observed them going from table to table, he couldn't help but notice their worn-out appearance and the signs of hunger. Concerned for their well-being, he approached the boys to inquire about their situation.
The Army Ranger learned about their noble endeavor and their empty stomachs. Realizing he didn't have cash on hand to support their cause, Lt. Col. Rizden came up with an alternative plan. He led the boys to the front of the restaurant and generously offered to cover their entire meal.
