How do I use my benefits?
After signing up to become a Member you will receive an email to create an account with the store page (if you already have an account, don't worry about that). Once you have done that you are able to see the Members Only Collection where you can find the link for the DanielDMusic App and you are able to access all of Daniel D.'s Music under the Music tab. Concert discounts are available after the 14 day trial.
Once you have signed up for a Membership you will get a 14 Day Trial Period. If you cancel or your payment is suspended, and you will sign up a second time you will not be eligible for another trial period. Payment will then be drafted immediately.
If you can't access the Downloads or other Membership benefits on the website, please make sure that your payments are on track. If you have suspended payments, your access will automatically put on hold until payment is made.
How do I use my Membership Card at Daniel D. Concerts?
If you decide to continue with the Membership after the 14 day trial period, your Membership Card will be mailed to you approximately 6-8 weeks. You will then be able to use the card.
Unless otherwise stated, Membership Cards only work at concerts DD Productions, LLC hosts. To get a discount or possible upgrade you would need to purchase the ticket in person (unless otherwise stated) at the venue when you show your card and be beyond the Free Trial stage.. One discount per Membership Card. Please always contact us if you are unsure before you purchase a ticket.
If you would like to cancel your Membership, please log in to your store account and go to Manage Membership
If you have signed up for a Membership and decide not to continue, this current months payment will be charged. If you are on a quarterly or yearly plan, your payment will be prorated and the remaining amount will be refunded. Other fees may be charged by other payment providers.

To receive your free product for joining the Membership program, please send us your address after joining. You are not eligible to receive a free product/item if your Membership has been canceled.
Does the VIP Membership include the Basic Membership benefits?
You will enjoy all benefits as the Basic Members, besides the 14 day free trial and a special birthday gift.
How often will I receive a d. Box?
You will receive a d. Box once a month in the first week of the month. If you sign up after the last day of the month, your first d. box will be sent out the month after you signed up.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed every 10th of the month, starting the month after you initially ordered the d. Box for the first time.
1st example: 1st d. Box order on May 1st --> recurring billing will be charged on June 10th
You will receive your first box by June 7th and your second box by July 7th
2nd example: 1st d. Box order on April 30th --> recurring billing will be charged on May 10th
You will receive your fist box by May 7th and your second box by June 7th

You can cancel or pause your subscription box at any time. To cancel, please log into your DanielDMusicStore.com account and navigate to the 'My d. Box' tab
Upgrading from Basic to VIP - will my Basic Membership automatically cancel?
No, your Basic Membership does not cancel automatically. Please cancel your Basic Membership here or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website?
All personal information is confidential/private. We will never share your information with any third party site.
I have a gift card or discount code, how do I use it?
If you get a discount code for example for subscribing to our newsletter, please copy this code and paste it in the field ‘Gift card or discount code’ on the checkout page.
Please note, you can only use one discount code per purchase.
We are not able to grant discounts after your purchase has already been completed.
Where is my free download?
The download will be sent to you via email after your purchase. Please allow a grace period of 1 hour until you receive your download.

How do I open a download on my device?
Your download will come in the format of a zip file, which includes the mp3’s. Because of the structure of this file, ideally it is easier to open it on a computer or laptop.
If you use an Android device you can extract the file on your phone and save the music.
If you use an iOS device or some other handheld devices you may need to download the file to your computer and transfer it to your phone.
For further assistance youtube videos might be helpful due to the different devices.
How long will it take to get my order?
CD’s usually process within 48 hours, after that shipping normally takes up to 5 days.
Other articles may take up to 5 days to process. After that shipping normally takes 12-20 days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the USPS tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on USPS.com.
If you have an account your tracking number will be visible in your account after you log in.
My order arrived incomplete. What happened?
Sometimes items come from different suppliers. In that case your items will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
