I cancelled my Membership. Why was I still billed?


If you cancelled your Membership and was still billed, there are a couple of reasons why this may have occurred.

One possibility is you signed up multiple times as a Member. If you do this, you are billed every time that you sign up and have an active Membership.

Even if you cancelled your Membership before the start of the pay cycle, the other accounts you signed up under are still active.

Another reason you were billed after you 'cancelled' is if you signed up with multiple email addresses. Please make sure you did not sign up with several email addresses, as that will get you in danger of getting billed multiple times.
